Obviously a bit simplified to hope for any real performance: Problem is it's simplified so much it is barely any different from not using ray tracing at all.</p><p>The closest so far seems to be <a href="https://baraag.net/tags/UPBGE" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>UPBGE</span></a> 4 which is sadly still in Alpha: The game engine uses <a href="https://baraag.net/tags/Eevee" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Eevee</span></a> Next which has a form of ray tracing. It's pretty fast and surprisingly accurate, at the cost of blurry results that update gradually.</p>
